Josie has been a complete life saver!

Josie has been a complete life saver! I have been billing insurance for the last 6 years and although it has been about 50% of my income, I almost gave up when the process of recredentialing became a nightmare. I contacted the massage therapist that helped me start billing six years ago and they had let their credentials expire because the process was too difficult. Luckily I found Josie. She was able to complete my credentials, jumping through hoops I never would have been able to. Recently I also hired her to start doing my billing. She really knows what she is doing. I am now saving time and money on unpaid claims. Knowing the codes she is actually making me more money, while paying her, then I was making doing the billing myself.
